Injection Moulding Machines – We have the latest and a wide range of injection moulding machines manufactured by one of the best in the business.

Our advanced manufacturing facilities boast of state-of-the-art equipment and technologies in product development and production. With continuous upgrades in our design, prototyping, testing, quality assurance and foundry operations, our endeavour is to offer new age concept-to-application solutions to customers with assured short delivery times and quick turn around.

We have also implemented automatic dosing system for R.M. and Masterbatch for our 550 T Machine from PRASAD Group to ensure quality product and minimize wastages thus improving our total output.

Decoration Facilities

We have Screen Printing Machines, Heat Transfer Label and Sleeving Machines.

Utilities

All the necessary infrastructure such as cooling tower, compressors, chillers and softening plant are in place. We have separate compressors for Injection Moulding Machines and Printing Machines apart from a spare compressor available to handle for either injection moulding machines or printing machines. We ensure timely and periodical maintainance for all our utilities. We also have an Oven for pre-heating the materials & a mixing machine for mixing any kinds of material. We also have a cutting machine and granulator.
